Bone Dry Masonry contacted the homeowner after Bone Dry Roofing went out to inspect a leak that was finding its way inside the homeowner. BDR Representative went out and noticed that the crown needed attention. BDM Representative went out and inspected the chimney crown. During the inspection we noticed that the crown had several cracks on top, and that it had started to deteriorate. With the deterioration of the crown it is unable to protect the masonry look it should. BDM suggested rebuilding the crown and also doing some tuck-pointing along the masonry, and replacing 3-5 broken bricks. Giving the masonry the protection it needs, and the homeowner the backing of Bone Dry Masonry!
